A new generation of Quadrivas trainers

Over the past 20 years, Alyna van der Woude has developed Quadrivas Therapy into a highly effective and respected form of manual therapy. From 2026, a team of experienced and dedicated Quadrivas therapists will continue her legacy by delivering practitioner training and supervision.

Having trained directly under Alyna, we bring a deep understanding of the method and a strong commitment to its future. Together with new colleagues, our goal is to embed this unique, medically relevant therapy within both complementary and mainstream healthcare settings. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and supporting the next generation of skilled therapists.

Would you like to become a Quadrivas therapist?

Are you driven to help people restore their health and improve their quality of life? The Quadrivas therapist training offers you the opportunity to learn a profound and innovative form of body-oriented therapy, based on in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and tissue regeneration.

During the training, you will not only develop your therapeutic skills, but also your ability to truly see, feel, and understand what the body needs in order to heal. You will work with attention, precision, and connection — always taking the human being behind the body as your starting point.
As the program progresses, you will start your own practice to apply what you've learned and begin generating income. Upon successful completion, you are guaranteed employment.
The Quadrivas Therapist Training is a three-year higher professional education (HBO) program, accredited by KTNO. It combines theoretical depth with intensive hands-on practice.
After graduation, you will become part of a growing network of collaborating Quadrivas Therapists, contributing to the further development and expansion of this unique method.
